What will we work on together?
We want you to improve business processes with us and develop our Lexi AI. To achieve this, you will turn complex data sets into valuable insights.
Your strong points:
- Familiarity with additional tools and technologies related to AI (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, and Llama)
- Strong analytical skills, combined with creativity in solving technical challenges
- Experience working on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model response and information accuracy
- Comfort with complex SQL databases
- Expertise in fine-tuning machine learning models and AI algorithms for task automation
- Proficiency in testing and evaluating AI model performance, with the ability to optimize for accuracy and efficiency
- Knowledge of custom model development in Python (including working with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Ability to write clean, testable, and scalable code
- It’s not necessary, but it’s a plus if:
- You know how to mentor junior engineers and guide them through professional development
- You have a degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field
